It's almost time for the 16th Annual Jericho Iron Classic. We look forward to lots of paddlers, lots of prizes, great BBQ and amazing racing. All we ask of you is to let us know ASAP if you and your club plan to be here. We need to get enough food for the BBQ and make sure we have enough prizes for those fantastic finishers! Don't forget to stick around for the Sunday small boat races.

Race course will be approximately 12-15km (1 - 1.5 hours), course depending on wind and weather conditions. Race details, registration forms and waivers are available online.
Please email us of your intention to race.
Registration Fee: $120.00Cdn/USD per crew (includes BBQ).
Note: All paddlers must be paid CORA members for 2008. If your name is not on the CORA Registry, forms will be available for registration. The fee is $20 Cdn per year.

We don't have any spare OC1's or OC2's available for this race. If you need to borrow a boat, we suggest that you post a message on the CORA Message Boards.

Race Course: To be confirmed (based on weather conditions), but distance will be 10 to 12k.
Stupid Risk and Smart Risk. Recognize the difference. Stupid Risk is not taking/wearing PFD's; not looking over your shoulder before you turn, paddling under the influence or hung over, not learning how to read a chart or recognize Aids to Navigation--for a few.
The Sacramento Team Canada registration is now closed. We have had an overwhelming response and look forward to announcing your final Team Canada selection May 15th.
