According to Society Status, an open General Meeting is held annually with all members invited to attend. An agenda will be made available to all attending and members are encouraged to add topics they would like discussed to the agenda.
This meeting is also where your executive is voted in, setting up the committee that facilitates the accomplishment of the annual goals as established. All members are invited to participate in the nominations and elections.

Annual Goals:
Cora will focus on the following goals for the coming year:

- Re-connect with Clubs to promote membership and new races.
- Review CORA Cup Series and communicate rules and participation with all clubs.
- Implement new Safety Policy to be used as CORA Standard.
- Oversee selection process for World Sprints in New Caledonia 2010.
- Survey all clubs for CORA insurance needs and direction of the CORA insurance policy.
- Improve over all communication with members and clubs.
